THE STORY
Bratislav Glisic is a renowned mixologist who played an important role
in the award-winning team at Employees Only NY, that have paved their way
to earning many prestigious titles over the years.
Truly passionate about the Science of Mixology, Bratislav has been creating
and developing new cocktails on the front lines of the New York City bar
scene and beyond. With two decades of experience under his belt, he
continues to bring innovation to the forefront of the new American Cocktail
Era by creating classified ingredients for peer mixologists and confidantes
across the Americas and the World.
When Bratislav opened the Strangers Club in Panama City with his
NYC companions, they brought the finest NYC cocktails to the famous
Panama City neighborhood, Casco Viejo.
While living in Central America, he was inspired to create Bitter
Companion.
And the journey began …
